• The Roku TV screen will display an activation code.

• After that, enter your username and password to access your Xfinity account.
• That is all. The content will show on your Roku TV screen via the Xfinity app.

• Download and install the Xfinity Stream app for Android or iOS.
• On Roku, enable AirPlay (iOS) or Cast (Android).

• Go to the Firestick settings and enable the Screen mirroring function.
• Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone.
• Connect your Fire TV and smartphone to the same WiFi network.
• Then, on your Android smartphone, launch the Xfinity Stream app.
• Sign in with your account and start watching videos.
• While the video is playing, go to Notification Centre and hit the Cast icon. The cast option differs depending on the smartphone.

• Make sure your LG Smart TV is connected to the internet.

• Next, Launch the app.
  • You’ll see the welcome screen if your Smart TV hasn’t been activated.
• To proceed, click Sign in (The main menu will appear if your Smart TV has already been activated).
• On your Smart TV, the sign in screen will open, with two options for signing in: enter an activation code or scan the QR code.
• To continue the activation procedure, go to xfinity.com/authorize on another device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop, not your Smart TV).
• Enter the six-digit code provided by the Xfinity Stream app into the web browser on your second device.
• After that, enter your Xfinity ID and password. Then, select Sign In.
• The web browser will display a Success! message, indicating that your Smart TV is now activated.
• You’ll now see the Welcome to Xfinity Stream message with the Terms of Activation. 

Activate the Xfinity Stream App on Samsung Smart TVs

• Make sure your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the internet.
• To access the Samsung Home screen, press the Smart Hub button on your Smart Control remote.
• Scroll down and click on Apps.
• Select the Magnifying Glass icon.
• Enter Xfinity Stream using the on-screen keyboard and press Done.
• Select the Xfinity Stream app from the list and then choose Download.
• After installing, select Open to begin using the Xfinity Stream app.
• When asked, register your device and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
• To proceed, click Sign in (The main menu will appear if your Smart TV has already been activated).

Casting Xfinity Stream Content to Chromecast

• Enter your Xfinity ID and password to access the Xfinity Stream interface.
• You have two options for casting content:
  • Hover your cursor over the player to see the player controls while you’re watching a show.
    • You will see a Casting Button (to the left of the Mini-Player button).
    • Connect to your Chromecast device by clicking on the Casting button. It will turn solid when you’re connected.
    • Then, select the Chromecast device you want to use to cast the program by clicking the Casting icon once again.
  • Alternatively, you can see the Casting button (to the left of the Search Box) whether you’re on any page (such For You, Grid, Completed Recordings, or any Browse page).
    • Press the Casting icon. In the connected state, the button will become solid.
    • After you’re connected, your Chromecast device should display an Xfinity Stream logo along with a “Ready to Cast” message.
    • Select the Chromecast device you wish to use to watch the program.
• Then, click on the solid Casting button to show your devices. Under your devices that are linked to Chromecast and prepared for casting, you will see the word “Available.” (Devices without a Chromecast connection will display “Source not supported” beneath it.)
• You’ll notice Connecting underneath the device you’ve selected to cast.
• If you want to stop the cast, Click the Casting button once more and select Stop casting.
