Activate YouTube TV on Your Smart TV and Connected Devices

Activate YouTube TV on Apple TV

  • Lastly, select Allow to start YouTube TV streaming on your Apple TV’s.

Activate YouTube TV on Roku Device

  • To ensure you’re on the homepage, turn on your Roku TV and press the “Home” button on your Roku remote.
  • Next, from the menu on the main screen, choose Streaming Channels option.
  • Then, select the Search Channel option.
  • Now type “YouTube TV” into the search bar to search for the app.
  • Next, pick the YouTube TV channel from the list of options, then press the Add Channel option to install the app on your Roku device. The YouTube TV Channel will get added to your Roku Channel list.
  • After that, open the YouTube TV channel and select “Already a member” from the menu.
  • Then, enter your account username and password to get into the YouTube TV app.
  • After logging in, go to Settings, choose YouTube Channel Settings, and press the Activate button.
  • An activation code will appear immediately on your screen. Make a note of it.
  • Now, open tv.youtube.com/start on your computer or mobile device using any web browser.
  • After that, enter the activation code that displays on the TV screen and click Continue.
  • You will be prompted to log into the Google account that you used to create your YouTube TV account.
  • Finally, select the Allow option to start streaming YouTube TV on your Roku TV.

Activate YouTube TV on Fire TV/Fire stick

  • Turn on Fire TV and navigate to the Amazon App Store.
  • Navigate to the Find icon, then click the Search box.
  • Next, use the on-screen keyboard to type YouTube TV into the search box to find the app.
  • Select the YouTube TV app from the list of search results and click the Download icon to install it on your Fire TV.
  • Now, open the YouTube TV app on your Fire TV after installing it.
  • Then, select Already a Member from the screen’s menu.
  • Next, to use the YouTube TV app, enter your password and login.
  • Select YouTube Channel Settings from the Settings menu after logging in, and then select Activate.
  • A special activation code will soon appear on your screen. You’ll need the code for the following step, so keep it close to hand.
  • Now, open any web browser and go to tv.youtube.com/start on your PC or smartphone.
  • Enter the activation code displayed on the TV screen, then click Continue.
  • You might be prompted to log into your Google account at this point.
  • Now that the YouTube TV app is properly activated on your Fire TV, you may watch a variety of video on a large screen.

Activate YouTube TV on Samsung Smart TV

  • Using the remote control on your device, select the home button.
  • Tap the Apps option to get a list of suggested apps.

  • It’s possible that you’ll be prompted to sign into the account you used to create your YouTube TV account.
  • You will be able to view YouTube TV on your Samsung Smart television after completing all the steps.
